  Went in Tuesday the 6th started out good then turned to pure hell. I paid my bill and talked to the man about phones so we decided to purchase two phones and two tablets well he took for ever then had to call someone else but still didn't get it done after waiting along time so I told him to cancel everything he had done and give me my money back he hands all the money back and I leave he called me when I was leaving and told me to bring the money back because he had completed that part so I did he gave my husband 2 of the receipts I needed but not the big one so I went in he called at me telling me he had gave the receipt then told me to leave the store or he would call the police because I told him I was on the phone making a complaint after me refusing to leave he found that receipt but still had a huge attude never had bad service in this store before but won't go back and when I called Verizon they told me that what he was trying to do would have gave us another 2 years on our contract that he never told us about
